Day 01, Barcelona -  MARKETS 4-hour tour
Arrival in Barcelona.  Private transfer to the hotel from the airport, port or rail station.
Our private guide pick us up at the hotel to show us  local buying habits. We’ll go to the market, but not a simple one, we’ll go to La Boqueria, The oldest: The first mention of the Boqueria Market appears in a document produced in 1217.  The main entrance consists of a Modernist arch built in 1913; It is an iron portal decorated with blue glass panels with yellow circles. It rests on two supports covered with Gaudí-style trencadís mosaic.

Walking through the old city, we’ll discover more Barcelona curiosities that our guide explains ; we’ll just arrive at an amazing wonder of the early 20th century: Palau de la Música built by Domenech i Muntaner and finished in 1908. In the ceiling of the concert hall a huge and spectacular stained-glass skylight swells down in the middle like an inverted bell.  Last stop of our tour.  Back to the hotel or stay on at your leisure.

Day 02, Barcelona - PICASSO & COOKING WORKSHOP 6-hour tour
Breakfast at your hotel. This morning your private driver and expert guide picks you up at the meeting point. Our tour starts with a guided visit to the Picasso Museum, a key reference for understanding the formative years of Pablo Ruiz Picasso.

Your guide will take you through the winding streets of The Gothic quarter enjoying the Cathedral, a few churches and squares, explaining the history of Barcelona with its Roman and medieval past. A visit to the traditional Santa Caterina market will introduce you to the local gastronomy culture.

After being delighted by the history of Barcelona and its buildings, you we will head to the cooking workshop, learning different cooking and presentation techniques and some other local tricks.

Day 03, Barcelona -  DALI & VINEYARDS  8-hours Tour
Breakfast at your hotel.  Your private driver and your guide picks you up at the hotel to start our tour from Barcelona to Empordà.

Your Gourmet Tour starts with a visit to The Dalí Theatre-Museum. A Museum dedicated entirely to the painter Salvador Dalí.  The artist left in his will a large number of works of art, divided between the museum and the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid.

Before returning  to Barcelona we’ll have a superb guided visit to one of the centenary vineyard in the Empordà, where the history of winemakers started in the Roman period. We’ll enjoy an excellent wine tasting in the vineyard with an unparalleled Family Wine Museum. A break for lunch (not included) in a Restaurant (local cuisine).  In the late afternoon your  private driver will take you to your hotel in Barcelona.

Day 04, Barcelona -  BORN  DISTRICT & TAPAS  4-hours Tour
Breakfast in your hotel. Our guide collects you at the hotel to start an enjoyable walking tour in one of the most cool neighborhood of the city: El Born. Through the Triumphal Arch we’ll arrive to the Ciutadella Park one of the most comfortable urban parks of South Europe, this walk guides us to the magnificent France Rail Station.. At the renovated Born market we will learn more about Barcelona and Catalonia history. Once there, we’ll start a tapas tour where we’ll discover  great tastes in little bites! And strolling through its narrow streets some secrets about Barcelona and its history will be unveiled. Back at the hotel or free time on your own.  Afternoon and evening free.

Day 05, Barcelona -  MODERNISM &  TERRACE PLEASURES  8-hours Tour
Breakfast at your hotel.  This morning your guide will picks you up with a private car and driver to go directly to La Sagrada Familia. The church designed by Antoni Gaudí, still under construction since 1882. Its completion is expected in 2027. A building rich with Christian symbolism. Its 18 towers represent , the twelve Apostles, the four Evangelists, Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ (the highest and topped with a cross). With our guide, we’ll fast track the entrance!

We’ll continue our modernist tour with a guided visit in the Pedrera (Casa Milà), built between 1906 and 1912 by Antoni Gaudí (1852.1926) was declared UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984. In this walk to our next stop we could enjoy some of the most emblematic buildings of Barcelona as La Casa Batlló or Casa Ametller. We stop for a meal (on your own – lunch is not included), we recommend to have lunch in “Els 4 Gats” just to have a look in the modernist amtmosphere (we could arrange a table booking)

Next stop an essential of Modernism: Güell Palace: It was the private residence of the Güell family in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. We’ll discover the originality of wealth of the constructive of ornamental solutions, the product of both, the creative the genius of Gaudi.

To end this tour we’ll go upstairs to one of the most famous hotel terraces to enjoy a relaxing break with  privileged views. Back at the hotel or free time on your own.

Day 06, Barcelona -  OPTIONAL: CENTENARY SHOPS 4-hours Tour
Breakfast in your hotel.  Day at leisure in Barcelona.

OPTIONAL: CENTENARY SHOPS  4 HOUR TOUR
With our guide we’ll start a lovely walk to discover some centenary shops that Barcelona has. Walking through the streets we’ll find grocery shops or incredible bakeries or confectionary shops. In fashion we’ll find hat shops, glove shops or historical jewelries. We ended this centenary tour with a relaxing afternoon break. Back to the hotel or free time on you own.  Afternoon at leisure.  VALUE PACKAGE INCLUDES THE OPTIONAL CENTINARY SHOPS TOUR.
