Description

With its Aragonese, style, the building preserves the monumental, historical and artistic character of Sos del Rey Católico. The village, declared Historical-Artistic Village, was the cradle of influencing nobles and the Catholic King.

In its surroundings, we may admire the Pre-Pyrenees of Aragón and Navarra. It is the right place to discover this medieval village and to visit spots of immense beauty.

The interior of the Parador, regal and elegant, offers views of the surrounding. Wood covers the interior columns and dominates in the furniture, of Castilian style. Space and light are common elements of the rooms, thanks to the large windows.

The restaurant offers tradition and authenticity; the aromas and flavours of the cuisine of the Cinco Villas Region - the region giving its name to the restaurant. Here, you cam enjoy the thistles from Muel with almonds and ham, "migas" (Breadcrumbs) with ham and "chorizo" sausage, "Ajorarriero-style" codfish, Aragonese lamb with P.D.O., cottage cheese cake and with honey of the region. A treat for the senses, to accompany with one of the wines of our cellar.
