The Hotel’s high position gives it an extraordinary panoramic view of this monumental city and the river Duero. Its splendid windows overlook a unique landscape. The spirit of the poet Antonio Machado, present all over the city, can be felt in the Parador too.
Most of the rooms enjoy peaceful views over the Duero valley, while the rest overlook the woods surrounding the Parador.
The modern restaurant comforts the traveller with Soria’s garlic soup and delicious haricots, and of course the local migas (breadcrumbs) and roast lamb. The more daring palate can enjoy modern dishes such as our pheasant paté, home-made liver terrine or toasted sucking pig.
