DAY 2 : MILAN
Upon landing in Milan, our arrival at the airport gives way to a free afternoon in this fashionable city. Stroll through the elegant streets and be captivated by the majestic Duomo Cathedral and the grandiose Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Luxury and history intertwine in every corner, as you enter Europe. DAY 3: MILAN - LAKE GARDA - VERONA - VENICE (300 KMS)
Start the day with a buffet breakfast at your hotel and embark on a journey to the enchanting Lake Garda. There, the dreamlike landscapes invite you to relax and enjoy a free lunch in an idyllic setting. We will then head to Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet, where we will have free time to stroll through its historic center and lose yourself in its romantic atmosphere before continuing on to Venice. As evening falls, you will find yourself in magical Venice, the floating city of canals and gondolas, where you will stay in the surroundings of this aquatic dream.

DAY 4: VENICE
Wake up to a buffet breakfast at your hotel before immersing yourself in splendid Venice. You will tour the city on foot, ending in St. Mark's Square, and including a visit to a workshop of the famous Venetian glass. The afternoon is a free canvas for lunch on your own in the city, and later you can enjoy a romantic gondola ride, included in the tour, along the serene canals. Let time stand still while you stay in this enchanted city.

DAY 5: VENICE - PADUA - FLORENCE (280KMS)
The day begins with a bufffet breakfast before leaving for Padua, where you will have free time to explore the Basilica of St. Anthony. Then, you will head to Florence, the most beautiful city in Europe, where every street and square tells a story of art and architecture. DAY 6: FLORENCE
After breakfast at the hotel, immerse yourself in the artistic center of Florence. Tour the Duomo, Giotto's Campanile, the Baptistery of San Giovanni, the church of S. Lorenzo, Piazza della Signoria, the Loggia dei Lanzi, ending at the Ponte Vecchio, the ancient commercial center of the city, letting the cultural richness envelop you. In the afternoon, we suggest visiting the Accademia Museum where you can admire Michelangelo's majestic David, an immortal testimony of Renaissance art. DAY 7: FLORENCE - SIENA - ASSISI - ROME (382 KMS)
Buffet breakfast and departure for one of the most complete days of our trip. A little later we will be in the Piazza del Campo in Siena, and we will remember the beautiful images of the famous "Palio race" that is held there every year. We continue our journey to Assisi, the city of San Francisco. Free time for lunch and to visit the upper and lower basilicas. Continue to Rome. At the end of the day, we will take a tour of illuminated Rome (during the spring and summer dates, due to the late sunset, visits will take place with sunlight) where you can admire the splendor of the Eternal City under the evening lights. The night in Rome is a warm embrace at the end of an unforgettable day. Accommodation.

DAY 8: ROME
Buffet breakfast at your hotel. Wake up in Rome and enjoy a free day to explore at your own pace. The city is at your feet, ready to be discovered in the context of the jubilee organization. Your night in the city promises to be a personal and unique experience. Accommodation.

DAY 9: ROME
Have a leisurely breakfast at your hotel. Afterwards, enjoy a free day to carry out the activities of the jubilee organization on your own. If you wish, join the optional excursion to Assisi to further explore the land of St. Francis. Upon your return, the charm of Rome remains the perfect backdrop for spending the night in this pure jubilee atmosphere. Accommodation.
VISIT TO ASSISI INCLUDED IN VALUE PACKAGE: Early in the morning, we will leave for the city of Assisi, to get to know the medieval city where St. Francis lived in more depth. We will start with the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, where the Portiuncola, the first Franciscan church, is located. We will then visit the church of Santa Chiara, where we can pray at the tomb of the Saint who was a friend of St. Francis and then we will cross the city through the Town Hall Square to reach the Basilica of St. Francis, where the Tomb of the Saint and an impressive artistic ensemble are located. We will also be able to visit the tomb of Blessed Charles Acutis, a young Italian who was recently beatified and who has given a testimony of Faith in our days. Return and accommodation at the hotel.

DAY 10: ROMEA
After a buffet breakfast in Rome, enjoy a free day so that you can carry out the activities of the jubilee organization (Closure) on your own. We will offer an optional half-day visit to Baroque Rome. At the end of the day, enjoy your last night in this mythical city. Accommodation.

What can I expect from this trip?
You will live an unforgettable experience, away from the bustle of everyday life. This is a trip that you can do in total liberty, on foot or by bicycle, and at your own pace as this is not a race. Your luggage (maximum 1 piece, 44 lbs) will be carried for you from one destination to the next. We provide you with all the necessary expert advice, information and documentation that you require to complete your journey safely: local maps detailing your route, vouchers for your lodgings, tags for your luggage and a travelers notebook for your trip with descriptions on each daily walking or biking route.
What is the “Compostela”
The “Compostela” is a certificate of accomplishment given to pilgrims that have completed the Camino de Santiago upon presentation of your stamped "Credendial" or Pilgrims Passport. In order to receive the “Compostela” you must complete the last 100 km walking or 200 km cycling. You obtain the “Compostela” at the Office of the Pilgrim located a few meters from the Platerias façade of the Santiago Cathedral.
Where do I obtain a Pilgrims Passport?
The "Credencial" or Pilgrims Passport will be provided to you by Petrabax in Spain at the beginning of your trip. It is part of the travel materials and insurance informaion provided upon arrival to your starting point.
Where do I receive my trip documentation?
You will receive most of your documentation prior to your departure so that you can review it and prepare for your Camino. Other documentation will be delivered at your first hotel.
When can I take this trip?
You can take this trip starting any day of the year. The Camino offers diverse countryside and conditions depend on the season and time of year. Consult the weather of Galicia before arranging your trip. Rainy season is from November through February. March through June and September through October are optimum months for the Camino. The summer months of July and August can be somewhat more challenging due to the warmer weather.
What is the profile of the traveler on this trip?
This trip is suitable to any person who enjoys a normal physical condition. We do however highly recommend that you do some training, especially those persons who are not accustomed to walking or cycling for longer periods of time.
Can I travel with children?
Yes, older children are welcome on the trip as long as they are energetic and accustomed to walking long distances on successive days.
